I have a vehicle that I bought a few years ago, it blew up. I called the bank and told them to come and get it. They never have. I recently filed bankruptcy and once again asked them to come and get it, they told me to keep it. So my question is, Is there anyway to sell it w/a title since the lien has never been released. I live in KY.
